Be a part of the
"Sun Valley Experience" and plan to attend the 94th Annual
Meeting of the Association of Official Seed Certifying Agencies
(AOSCA) in Sun Valley, ID. Mark your calendar for the dates
of
June 24-27, 2012.
If traveling by air, there are several Airport Options. Boise Airport (BOI) is approximately 150 miles and almost a three hour drive. Idaho Falls Airport (IDA) is slightly further at 157 miles and about a 3 hour drive. Twin Falls Airport (TWF), approximately 87 miles and a 2 hour drive. Hailey Airport (SUN) to Sun Valley, 15 miles and 25 minutes. One-way car rentals are available with AVIS if you do not wish to keep a car the entire stay. The Sun Valley Resort AVIS rental code is SV7.
The Sun Valley Resort offers several Lodging Options (view Resort Map for locations).

If phoning, reference the AOSCA Annual Conference, Block CODE: 0612AOSC to obtain the guaranteed rate. The room cutoff date is May 22nd or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first.

Annual Meeting Registration

Meeting registration is $300 - Meeting Delegate / $100 - Spouse, Guest / Children, 18 & under, Free. Please click on the enclosed link directly above. Click "SAVE" and save to desired location on computer. Complete and return form as instructed. The cutoff date for registrations is June 01, 2012. After June 1st, the late registration fee is $325 for delegates and $125 for spouse/guest. This year's meeting includes several Optional Events ... you will sign up for these at registration.
The Meeting Schedule will be similar to past years.
