In consideration of attendance at the 2007 AOSCA Annual Meeting hosted by Mississippi Crop Improvement Association, I acknowledge that I assume full responsibility for my safety. I further understand that my participation in any activity is voluntary and at my own risk. I agree to defend and hold harmless AOSCA and the Mississippi Crop Improvement Association, their officers, agents or employees, from every and all claims, including negligence, which may arise from injury to me and those accompanying me or my (our) property which occurs or relates to participation in the AOSCA Annual Meeting and tour activities, or travel to and from Tunica, Mississippi.

*Having read this waiver I acknowledge its intention to be a full release and discharge of AOSCA and the Mississippi Crop Improvement Association on behalf of myself and my immediate family attending, my heirs, representatives, dependents, or assigns.
